Michael Mosely 'Getting fit'

    There will be a programme on BBC1 at 8 pm on Wednesday called 'The truth about getting fit'. I am not sure if it is a series or a one off.

    I have watched a series he did last year, which was quite good. I must admit i'm not convinced that by spending only 5 minutes a day doing HIT training can change your fitness levels, but we shall see what he says tomorrow night in this new programme.

    I enjoyed the programme tonight, especially where the evidance suggests that you won't do any damage to yourself by running, and that you don't have to exercise for hours, or use lots of equipment to get fit. Very informative.
