Seems the sport of cycling is coming under fire yet again with more allegations re the sky team. Seb Coe was mentioned as well.

Will we ever be able to completely rid sport of doping and doping allegations?

I haven't read things in too much depth but so far it seems there is no evidence of actually breaking any rules on the part of Sky. Seems to be a case of guilty until proven guilty on this so far.

Exactly. More wonderful journalism. And of course people who dislike cyclists will love it.

Not sure it's a journalism problem in this case. The issue appears to me to be with the Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) select committee who have released the report.
Releasing a report stating that they are not in a position to state what was in a jiffy bag and then go on to state there is no reliable evidence to show it was a legal decongestant is very very poor. If there is no reliable evidence that it was a legal decongestant there cannot be any reliable evidence that it wasn't. If Sky have cheated hopefully some reliable evidence can be found and then they can be punished. If there is no reliable evidence and it cannot be proven they have cheated we have no choice but to assume innocence.
